Poor landlord reference/rental history: 1 or more eviction (Unlawful Detainer Action) within a 60-month period, 1 or more late payments within a 12-month period, 1 or more NSF checks in a 12-month period, 1 or more complaints/notices in a 12-month period, unauthorized pet(s), unauthorized occupant(s), damage to property. 4. Application must be 100% complete and accurate with email and phone numbers for references. A group (more than 1 person) will not be considered until a complete application is received from each member of the group over 18 years of age.
