I am renting out 1 out of the 4 rooms in my apartment for a 1 year lease starting in March 2024!!. The apartment has been completely remodeled with new toilets, hardwood floor, tile, lighting, appliances, and paint. The rent price includes furniture, utilities, cable, internet, and washer/dryer. The room includes a Full Size Mattress, Box Spring, Bed Frame, Headboard, Desk, Desk Chair, Nightstand, and Mirror. The kitchen and living room are also fully furnished. The bedroom has it's own closet and bedroom. The apartment is close to NCSU and is on the bus route. I-40 is also very close-by making the location even more convenient.
The renter will have full access to the University Village at 2505 clubhouse and all the amenities included there (gym, pool, lounges, etc.) during business hours; however, UVillage is a different management company and there are times UWoods (my unit) residents are not allowed to use UVillage facilities. Current tenants prefer to have a student or someone between 22-28. If you are interested please contact me ASAP.
General FAQ/Info:
- I do a Soft Credit check and Background check to maintain safety of the other roommates and my property. - $29 Fee
- Leases are typically 6 months or 1 year (preferably 1 year).
- You will receive your own Bedroom/Bathroom, which includes a Full-size bed frame, mattress, nightstand, desk, chair.
- Washer/Dryer is also included in the apartment.
- Each tenant shares the common living room area, kitchen, dining room.
- Amenities are available at University Village at 2505 - 2505 Red Lodge Pl, Raleigh, NC 27603; HOWEVER, amenities are available only during office hours which I believe are until 5pm.
- Cleaning your own items is strictly dependent on you. Please do not ask or expect the other tenants to clean up your belongings.
-There are 3 other tenants who will be living at the apartment. If you would like to discuss anything about them, please call me as I am not legally allowed to discuss this topic over e-mail.
- Security deposit: One-month's rent (REFUNDABLE depending on status of room when you move out)
- Rent: Includes all furniture and utilities, Wifi/internet ($120 - Electricity bill cap, each tenant pays the difference).
gt; EXAMPLE: If the electricity bill is $132, then each tenant will pay an additional $3 for that month to cover the $12 overage on electricity.
- Parking is all outside the unit, no charge. A parking permit will be available for you.
- Images attached show the apartment before and after it was remodeled. Bedroom 3 is the room currently available.
- Rent is due by the 5th day of each month. There is a $25 late charge if rent is not paid by the end of the month. Please contact me if there is an issue concerning your rent for that month, we may be able to work something out as long as I receive payment by the end of the rent month.
- I accept payments via mailed check, Venmo or Paypal.
