New wine fridge and newer fridge/freezer, diswasher and double oven. The laundry closet is also located upstairs and a washer and dryer can be included in the rental if desired. In the basement, there is a huge finished open room, plus a hobbies room, bathroom and unfinished storage area. The house has an oversized 2 car garage, with a bench and room for bikes and a lawn mower. The back yard is fenced and landscaped with some mature trees and has raised garden beds with good sun for your veggie garden.
