The bathroom with tub/shower and private bedroom can be screened from the front of the house. The Coral Cottage, aptly named for its beachy exterior color, sits a stone's throw from the riverbank. The Potomac River, which is 4 miles wide at this location, can be viewed inside through large windows or outside from the front porch or from double chairs at the river's edge. Wake up to sunrise over the river and then enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch as you watch ospreys, eagles and cormorants fish for their breakfast. Owner pays water, sewer, and trash. Tenant pays electric only.
