This sublease would begin on 4/1/17 and go through 7/1/17; willing to negotiate an earlier move in date. Each bedroom has it's own lock & key as well as it's own private en suite bathroom and a large walk in closet. Both the bedroom and living room come fully furnished (bed, dresser, desk, couch, TV, etc.). Cable, internet, water/sewer/trash are included, electricity is the only utility that you are responsible for. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a LARGE variety of amenities that you will have access to as a resident including: -Free parking -Swimming pool and sun deck -Computer center -24/7 fitness center -Private shuttles to UIUC -Coordinated resident events -Free tanning, massage chair, and oxygen bed -Adjacent to Dana Colbert Park -Dog walking trails -Bike paths -24 hour emergency maintenance -On-site police officer -Complex is less than 2 minutes away from pharmacies and grocery stores (Walmart, CVS, Schnuck's, etc.) There are 2 other roommates that live in the townhome, however, they will be gone during the summer months so you will have the entire place to yourself. Your lease is entirely separate from their leases so you are only responsible for the rent of your bedroom!
