The condo is just 5 blocks away from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Mr. Vaporizer performs monthly preventative treatments in every unit to ensure a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. There are 6 pools, 1 kiddie pool, and 1 lazy river, open from 10am to 11pm. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $500 fine and grounds for immediate eviction. In addition to the fine, there will be a charge for any cleaning costs. No pets are allowed. Any violation of this policy will incur a $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will be charged a $500 fine and grounds for immediate eviction. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $500 will be applied.
