We will allow small dogs and cats for an extra $25/mo. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric, lawn mowing and snow removal. We pay for the water. Small dogs and cats are allowed at a cost of $25/mo extra. Our insurance does not allow dogs of a vicious breed such as pitbulls, rottweilers, chows, german shepherds, etc. You will need to prove a gross income of at least $2,025/mo in order to qualify. We do not rent to people who have been evicted. We will reduce the rent by $25/mo if you pay electronically every month. This would bring your monthly rent to $675/mo.
