We will happily allow up to 4 dogs (so long as they are generally OK with other dogs, as all of the neighbors have them) of any size but unfortunately cannot allow cats. (No additional deposit or fee for pets.) We will consider a 6-month, 9-month, or 1-year lease starting November 15, December 1st, or December 15th. One month's rent will be due upon signing the lease and will act as your security deposit. This is the very first home we have ever owned, and we are a couple renting it out, not a management team or corporation!
