Private beach access is available for your enjoyment. Pool and parking passes are provided, with a $35 replacement fee for any lost or unreturned parking passes. Topsail Island is the perfect getaway, offering plenty to do on rainy days and irresistible beach days when the sun is shining. Beautiful Wilmington is just 40 miles to the south, featuring attractions like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium, and Restaurants. Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north, close to LeJeune's south gate. Beach access is currently available between Buildings 1 and 2, although the ramp is closed. Other access points remain closed for safety, but you'll still enjoy beautiful ocean views and plenty of nearby activities. The pool is a seasonal amenity. A rental agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act. No pets are allowed. There are 2 parking passes and 2 pool passes for you to use during your stay. Please return them to the unit before leaving.
