This fee is non-refundable even if application gets denied) -Application process includes employment verification and check-in with current/past landlord(s) -Gross income requirement must be approx. 3-times the rent amount (this can be combined income for all applicants) -Applicant(s) must be with present employer for at least six (6) months -We accept any credit score. We evaluate the application as a whole -Renter's insurance is required (Landlord must be listed as 'Additional Interest' on policy) -If application is accepted, payment of the non-refundable move-in fee (and non-refundable pet fee, if applicable) as well as proof of renter's insurance is required in order to secure the unit.
