Utilities: * We pay gas/water/trash utilities (included in rent) * You pay electricity/tv/internet. Electricity is around $50-$100 / mo depending on the season. Internet is available from a couple of vendors. The fastest internet is from Atlas where 1Gig is $60/mo and 2.5Gig is $100/mo. The cheaper option is from Astound where 100MB is $35/mo. The condo is $2000/mo and parking is $200/mo for a total of $2200/mo. A requirement is to take both the condo and the parking spot. Must provide a valid photo ID for all applicants 18 or older. Must provide verification of favorable residence history for the prior 24 months, including contact info. There is no separate deposit or monthly fee for pets. Pets need references as well if they lived elsewhere. Minimum income of 3x rent. You must provide a recent pay stub or comparable documentation. Minimum credit score of 700 for all applicants 18 or older. Must provide a credit report. The credit report that comes as part of a Zillow application works great. Must agree to a background check. Again, the background check that comes as part of the Zillow application does the job. Note that Zillow charges a fee of about $35 for this background check, but you can use it for multiple applications. There is no separate application fee. Must see the place in person or virtually to complete the application. We'll be doing showings primarily on weekdays during work hours, but if necessary we may be able to do weekend showings. We will review tenants using Seattle's first-in-time policy, for applicants who completed ALL of the requirements above. If we notify you that your application is approved, you'll have 48 hours to sign the lease and submit the security deposit and first month's rent. After the 48 hours we will move to the next person in the list.
