We know our neighbors and have deer on our front yard almost daily. It's a great location and neighborhood. This is a duplex that is literally around the corner from Urban Park - the nicest park in Los Alamos. And there is a bus stop to the Lab one house away. Pets are welcome. There is a shared backyard for dogs. Lease starting Nov 1 for at least 6 months with a renewal for an additional 12-months or more. Tenants are responsible for utilities. If you would like your pets to live here, we ask for pet references and an additional pet deposit of $500 that is fully refundable if there is no damage or extra cleaning required at the end of your tenancy.
