This is wonderful neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We completely renovated the kitchen in 2014. We painted the exterior walls & house in 2017. We plumbed the water in 2017. We added a Halo 5 water filtration system, added a reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink, converted to a large single tank less system and reducted both ac & heating systems with new R8 insulated high efficiency ducts when we replaced the water pipes. It's like a new home!
