You can walk less then five minutes to great restaurants such as ProFusion, Arapahoe Cafe, Dillon Tavern and Pug Ryans. Also, a two minute walk to the bowling alley and Mexican restaurant. This unit has never been rented since we purchased it, so very clean and comfortable. There are no extra costs to the renter. No pets at all as owner has severe allergies.
