This is a one-bedroom condo apartment with a total square footage of 630 sq ft. This place was re-mortgaged for renting this month. I still live here, but I can move out any time prior to the scheduled date in early June, if I find a tenant to move in here faster. I just need a week for moving to a nearby apartment, which is in another building very close by. There will be a student living in another apartment as well, so there may be an opportunity to make a friend if both tenants are interested, just don't team up against the "landlord" please-:) There is a washer and dryer in the small laundry room in the bathroom. I will be moving out early June, but could move out faster as mentioned above. The condo building is very well maintained. The apartment has some furniture that is available: new loveseat sofa and two bar stools, which are perfect for the layout. Heat, water and air conditioning bills are included. Wi-Fi included. Hydro is not included and varies depending on use (pay per use). Condo fees ($447/month) and included and cover the maintenance of the amenities. Security deposit in the amount of $1,400 is required one month prior to the rental start date as a post-dated (to the 1st day of rental) cheque. Storage locker is available on the second floor.
