Guests are required to purchase wristbands to be worn on the property. Wristbands cost $35 during March and from June to August 15th, $10 on any other day of the week, and $20 during holiday weekends such as Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Christmas, and New Year's. The island offers a plethora of activities including shopping, fishing, swimming, surfing, and visits to attractions like Sea Turtle Inc, South Padre Island Birding Nature and Alligator Sanctuary, Island Adventure Park, Gravity Adventure Park, The Stables, and Coastal Studies Lab. The primary renter must be 29 years of age or older. Wristbands are mandatory for all guests on the property.
