We are renting out a bedroom in our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in Wisdom, MT (exact location is not accurate on this listing). We are renting out 3 of the rooms, so you will have 4 other roommates including my husband and I and our incredibly sweet little pup. We will all share the kitchen. The two bedrooms upstairs will share the bathroom up there. Spacious, fenced yard located very close walking distance from downtown. Sizable living room/dining/family room with wood stove. Blocks from the big horn river, and hour drive NW to the Bitterroot River, an hour SE to the Beaver Head River, and an hour SW to the Salmon River in Idaho. Location, location, location! Lost Trail Ski Mountain 30 miles away, and surrounded by recreation from the national forests. Utilities are split by the number of people in the house, so you'd pay 1/4th. Dogs will be considered, assuming they play nice with other dogs. Pet rent + deposit will be added. Move in ready whenever (dates can be flexible). Looking ideally for a one year lease, but could consider a 6 month lease. Please reach out and ask any questions! No smoking allowed. Pets will require pet fee/deposit. One person per bedroom.
