Guest cottage is 24 x 12 no range/oven just PERSONAL toaster oven, hot pad, and other items necessary to keep the guest house legal. The outdoor shower at the back of the main house froze at one time and is no longer operable and will NOT be fixed. Dishwasher MAY not work properly and will NOT be fixed.
