Situated in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, this cottage is literally walking distance to Cary Downtown Park. Enjoy a stroll during the afternoon and late evening to experience the calm, peaceful, and enjoyable "Cary" town feel. The Harrison/Chatham intersection, The Mayton Inn, Cary Arts Center, the Fountain, Pavilion, Great Lawn, Skywalk, and many more attractions are all within walking distance. A $200 fine applies for leaving the kayaks on the pool. Kindly return them to the designated place. Do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
