We are looking for a new tenant for the lower level of this semi-detached house in the Annex. We are hoping to find a good fit for the house, where long-term tenants live in 2 upstairs units, and the neighbourhood, where we have good relationships with the neighbours. Beautiful tree-lined street. Friendly neighbours. Looking for a responsible tenant who will share house duties like garbage, recycling and composting. You'd also be responsible for shovelling snow to your apartment entrance. The apartment will be freshly painted white before you move in (will look different than photos)! All utilities are included except for your personal phone/wifi. Please note that heating/cooling is shared throughout the house, so you can't control your personal thermostat. The apartment is quite cool in the summer. No pets allowed due to allergies in the house. No smoking allowed. No parking available. References, credit check required.
