Water, Sewer, Trash; Base Cable; Pool maintenance. Minimum 90 days lease. Available for a minimum of 3 months up to one year start September 1st 2013. There is an $85 application fee for the first applicant 18yrs. or older and a $40 application fee for any additional applicant, occupant or guarantor 18 yrs. or older.
