All windows and sliders are Anderson metal clad (outside) and wood inside, fully insulated with low e glass. There are three sliding glass doors leading from the Master Bedroom, Living room, and one secondary bedroom to a 15ft. by a 70 ft. deck which was rebuilt 2 years ago. These doors along with an abundance of windows offer lake views and golf course views and lots of natural light. This amazing home has had the original owner who had it custom built and the current owner. The living room boasts cathedral ceilings, tray ceiling in master suite, along with oversized walk-in tile shower, jetted spa tub, spacious walk-in closet, and extra large dual sink vanity, linen storage and semi private jon. The home has a front porch overlooking the golf course and the huge rear deck with a SunSetter electric awning. The deck faces east, so you don’t bake in the afternoon, but can enjoy the wonderful views and dining or lounging on your deck and viewing the lake and the golf course. This .86 acre lot on the lake has a seawall and is approved for a dock. The home has amazing landscaping and is in a beautiful setting. Location: Conveniently located in Crossville, TN off I40 just 1 hour to Knoxville and all it has to offer and about 1:45 minutes to the vibrant Tennessee capitol, Nashville. Crossville is the Golf Capital of Tennessee with numerous beautiful courses, clubs and wonderful restaurants. This is the friendliest town I have ever lived in and so convenient to everything. About anything you need is less than two miles from this residence. There are numerous State, National and TVA parks in the area, as well as a never ending list of neat places to visit; waterfalls, quaint towns, lakes, mountains etc. Crossville sits atop the Cumberland Plateau at approximately 2000 ft above sea level. The summers are about 10-12 degrees cooler than Knoxville or Nashville and there is always a wonderful breeze. Crossville has a vibrant retirement community who enjoy the slower pace, light traffic, closeness to everything, great weather and super friendly atmosphere of the people living here. There are many festivals, clubs covering many interests and lots to do. I have lived all over the country and LOVE Crossville and wish I never had to leave. Our neighborhood has a pool, basketball, tennis, pickleball, outdoor grills and a covered pavilion and playground. The CC and Rs keep the neighborhood classy while not being overbearing. Home prices for this quality of home and location would be at least $200,000 more in the Knoxville area and in the better neighborhoods surrounding Nashville probably $400,000 more. Come enjoy peace and tranquility, friendly folks, good deals, and a quality place to live with Tennessee’s lowest property taxes, no income tax, lower car and home insurance rates, and negligible crime. It truly is Paradise. So if it’s so great, why are you selling? Great question. I had cancer 5 years ago but this year’s PET scan found it had returned in various areas. I am 80 and my Daughters want me to leave Paradise (I really don’t want to) and move back near the family.
