Heat and hot water included. Off-street parking, is not handicap accessible. Washer/dryer HOOK-UPS only. No laundry appliances are provided. MASKS ARE TO BE WORN BY BOTH PARTIES ENTIRETY OF THE TOUR. Zero-tolerance smoking and vaping policy. Zero-tolerance weapon and drug policy. Two vehicles maximum for off-street parking, per unit with assigned spaces. No pets of any kind, if pet-sitting please inform the landlord. No parties are allowed on-premises, if having a gathering please inform the landlord. No grills are allowed on porches. The tenant is responsible for the electric bill to the specific unit. Background, criminal, credit, and social media checks will be performed before possible acceptance.
