This ground floor apartment is quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room and a dining room. All have beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. There is a washer/dryer, if desired. The apartment is furnished but the room is not. It is very private. Must love cats. I have two. Utilities are shared between us. Please provide proof of income.
