Fridge, Stove included. This is technically a 2BD house but the 2nd bedroom is not very big and a better fit someone that needs just 1BD. I highly recommend completing the Zillow application prior to contacting us. Income and job are most important and minimum combined income of 40K and/or $22/hr is required. We do background checks and verify rental history. You should have a copy of your credit report available. Must keep a clean home and yard - we are considering providing yard service for an additional fee because tenants are having a difficult time maintaining such a large lot.
