Excellent neighborhood. Secluded and quiet. We have a mix of both older and younger families. Most homes are on treed property. Mockingbird Lane is a small hill with the apex in the middle. It may be a little strenuous for a bicycle, but great for walking. There are a couple of loops you can walk around that are approximately one mile. Wildlife galore, deer, squirrels, turkeys, blue jays, even an occasional cardinal and mockingbird. Houses are spaced far enough apart to insure privacy.
