Back deck, wraparound porch, fire pit, full backyard fence for your pets, grill, and full bathroom upstairs. Some furnishings are available for purchase. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Lawn care is provided by the landlord. Pets require non-refundable deposits. No smoking of any kind permitted inside the home. Appliances are furnished but washer, dryer, and refrigerator will not be repaired or replaced by the landlord.
