This unit will not be available to view until the 1st of September. We do take application prior to the move in date of September 5th. Tenant is to pay their own electric. Up to 2 indoor cats are allowed with approval. Smoking/Vaping is prohibited inside any of the units and within 20 feet of any building. There will be an allocated off street parking spot for residing tenants with parking permits. Credit and Background checks are required for all applicants over the age of 18 along with a $50.00 application fee per adult. We do not do short term rentals, all tenants will be required to sign a one-year lease prior to moving in. This unit will be available the first week in September.
