There will be an allocated off street parking spot for residing tenants with parking permits. Credit and Background checks are required for all applicants over the age of 18 along with a $50.00 application fee per adult. We do not do short term rentals, all tenants will be required to sign a one-year lease prior to moving in. This unit will be available the third week in July.
