There is central air conditioning that is controlled by a single smart thermostat. Renter is also responsible for recycling and waste disposal at the town recycling and disposal facility. We provide a lawn mower, shovels, rakes. Lawn-mowing, trash & recycling pick-up and snow-removal services are easy to hire if you prefer. We will provide a cleaning service twice a month unless the renter has a preferred cleaning service. We will use the basement storage space and this will not be available to renter. Lawn mower, shovels and rakes will be accessible. We will also provide air conditioner and furnace maintenance checks once per year and gutter cleaning in the spring and fall.
