Experience "The Sister Cottages," two immaculate beachside retreats just steps from the beach. Feel at home in either of the cottages, each offering 1,500 sq ft of living space and featuring 5 bedrooms and 10 beds. Each cottage features a newly renovated kitchen with butcher block countertops, fully equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchenware. Coffee is provided. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs. The front cottage has a wrap-around sectional couch and an electric fireplace in the living room, as well as a custom-built dining counter in the kitchen. The back cottage has a 6-person dining table in the kitchen and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A pack n' play is available. A fee of $100 per pet applies. Located in a busy but residential area with a street leading directly to the beach, almost everything is within walking distance. A CVS, hospital, and urgent care are minutes away down Rt. 101. The cottage is on the main road leading into Hampton Beach, which can get very busy with traffic, but it usually calms down by the evening. Quiet hours begin at 10PM, with no exceptions. The cottages are located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the porch after 10pm, please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to our neighbors will result in immediate check-out. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and noise complaints will result in immediate cancellation without refund. For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them.
