Great home for family with children. Three bedrooms upstairs, one master plus two same size smaller bedrooms. One bathroom upstairs one bathroom downstairs. There is a washer and dryer hook up but we DO NOT PROVIDE these amenities. Utilities are NOT included in the monthly rent.(gas,electric, water, cable ect) We prefer no pets but it can be negotiated if tenant is willing to put down more in security for pet damages. We ask for first months rent and 2 months security deposit to move in. Security is not first and last month's rent. Rental application and credit check a MUST. Tenant responsible for utilities.
