    Our cabin on the Florida River with mountain views and located just 9 miles east of Durango (on CR 240) will be available after October 30, 2019 through May 23, 2020. It is being offered fully furnished on a short term basis...may even consider month to month. From May to October it is operated as a vacation rental, but during winter months we prefer a longer term tenant. This cabin blends the spirit of rustic construction with recent updates. Cabin includes all appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washer, dryer and even small appliances and cookware/dishes). Living room furniture, bedroom furniture and even TV is included....as well as DirecTV and CenturyLink for internet. Tenant only needs to bring their own bedding/linens/towels and their personal items. It is truly a plug and play opportunity. It is the perfect opportunity to spend the late fall/winter/early spring in the mountains and right on the river. The home is heated with a wood stove and electric wall heaters. Landlord pays water, sewer, trash, cable, HOA fees and internet. Tenant will only have to pay for electric and wood for the stove. The HOA provides snow removal for the roads. Tenant will be responsible for snow removal of the driveway, deck and sidewalk. This is a non-smoking property. While the county and the subdivision do a great job of keeping the roads clear, the property is at nearly 7800' elevation so a 4WD or All Wheel Drive vehicle is strongly recommended. This is a truly amazing setting. Whether sitting out on the deck just feet from the river or in the cabin, you will enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river and the serene views of the mountains and pines. Owner pays for trash, sewer, water, cable and internet. Tenant is responsible for electric and wood for the wood burning stove.
