Large old Queen Anne Victorian, 4 of the rooms have window bays. Carriage house (2 story.) Porches in front and back. Porches are in poor condition; Roof needs sealing or replacing (does not leak.) Exterior seriously in need of paint (peeling, faded brown color.) Interior seriously needs renovation. Wiring needs updating. No electricity in carriage house. Some window frames in house need replacement (some rotting.) Casement windows have lost cords for counterweights. Neighborhood Description All of the houses are older, from about 1850 to 1900.
