UNDER AGREEMENT: Our summer(NO HEATING SYSTEM) cabin/cottage in Dennis Port is for sale. We’ve used it for our summer home for the last 13 years. We had planned to build our retirement home on the lot but family issues have changed things. We did however have a 3 bedroom septic put in 2006. It’s about 400 feet from Swan Pond. I believe the realtors would say that it has a ‘seasonal water view’. ALTHOUGH VERY LIVEABLE, We haven't kept up with all of the maintenance issues lately so it will need a bit of work. The price reflects this though. The shed needs a roof. It won't be too long before the house does as well. The windows need to be reglazed and painted. There is 8 or so feet of fascia and soffit that needs to be repaired. Although functioning perfectly, the panel is 220v@60A, fused. most of the corner boards in the rear need to be replaced.
