Welcome home! 20 Bank Street is a fantastic student rental on a safe, quiet street within walking distance of RPI and fun places like the Hill. Our current tenants are graduating in May of 2020, so this is your opportunity to curate all your roommates as the entire house will be available (7 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms). The house is bright and airy, with lots of windows, whitewashed walls and soaring ceilings. There is a grill in the backyard for anyone to use. Beautiful hardwood in the common areas and tile in the kitchens and bathrooms, and each bedroom has cushy gray carpet. We care about our tenants a lot-you will have our personal cell phone numbers as the owners and will never have to deal with a property manager. In the last year, we bought a brand new refrigerator and washing machine, redid the basement windows, rebuilt the porch, painted interior and exterior, planted flowers around the property, replaced tiling, door knobs and added an awning.
