This is a no smoking and no pets home.
The use of marijuana is still a federal crime and will not be tolerated. Marijuana usage is grounds for eviction.
Renters insurance is required. A Foremost Insurance renters policy will be purchased though park manager. Failure to qualify for renter's insurance is grounds for rejection of application.
