There is an extra parking lot around the side of the home where 4 additional cars can park. Please note this driveway is shared with The Nest (the cottage attached to the garage). The whole parking area can fit 6 cars, so we allow 2 spots for guests of The Nest. Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. The 2-car garage, as well as the washer/dryer located on the third floor, are available for guest use. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 600. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Applicant must be a non-smoker. Renters insurance required. Move in ready. All appliances and furniture is included. A utilities allowance of $400/month is included, excess is paid by the tenant. Notice to vacate agreement applies including month-to-month extensions.
