Fenced back yard, lots of windows and lights in each studio, terrace level. All square footage numbers are estimates. Utilities (gas, electric, water, hot water, trash, sewer, yard maintenance, wifi). As a resident of The PennHouse, you need to be a person who will not let a piece of trash on the property just stay. I look for tentents' with pride who care enough to help keep the property clean. There is NO SMOKING on the property. The tenants partly get a discount for paying on time by helping maintain the unit and the grounds. Calling to change a bulb or other small maintenance issue is up to the tenant.
