Stunning, well maintained antebellum Crescent Hill home built by steamboat Captain Moses Anders circa 1848/1850. House and two car detached garage sit on 1.6 acres. Survey attached. All fireplaces EXCEPT the ones in family room and first floor master bedroom are decorative only. The dining room fireplace has a double flue it shares with the fireplace in kitchen that is behind the kitchen cabinet/stove.
