andquot;Mountain Spring Farmandquot; as seen several remodelings in the course of its 250 years. It contains nine rooms, three bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a kitchen with morning room (currently used as a den), large living and dining rooms plus a huge renovated family room in the former attic. The original 95 acre land was operated as a dairy farm and also planted over 1800 apple trees, the source for the oldest cider mill and applejack brandy distillery in New Jersey. Directly behind the main farmhouse stands the andquot;Lincoln Houseandquot; which is a small stone building with iron barred window. This is where Bonded Brandy was kept under lock and key during the period of aging. The name of the house came from the stamp of Abraham Lincoln which was on the seal that was affixed to each bottle.
