Directly behind the main farmhouse stands the andquot;Lincoln Houseandquot; which is a small stone building with iron barred window. This is where Bonded Brandy was kept under lock and key during the period of aging. The name of the house came from the stamp of Abraham Lincoln which was on the seal that was affixed to each bottle.
