We need * a 30 to 60 day notice if a change is necessary. Pets - $300.00 non-refundable deposit. There are bears and coyotes in the neighborhood, so you're aware. A credit check will be done through you and Zillow. The $45 charge will be paid by you. We expect rent payment on the 1st of every month, with a five day grace period. After 5 days there is a 5% charge on the rent amount. We expect tenants to let us know if anything is any issue in the house or on the grounds.
