In a two family house, the apartment has three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room with much storage room, and a bathroom with both a shower and a tub. There is also a food pantry. There is also more storage space in the basement. Laundry in the basement is free for residents. It has front and back balconies. Around the house is well-trimmed hedge and flowering trees. The house is on a quiet street with well-kept houses with bushes and lawns, a rarity in the Mission Hill area. Utilities for the last year was $40-$140/month a person depending on the season.
Current roommates are one graduate student and a college senior studying physics. In the unit upstairs, there are one graduate student and two scientists. This property always attracts professionals. Look for a clean, no-drama, and easygoing roommate.
