Boat slip for sale at Mariner's Cay Marina, Folly Beach. The slip is E2. It is considered a 20' slip but the rules allow up to 22' in overall length. Marina is on the Folly River, which is a beautiful place for boating, fishing, and sand bars, or trips to nearby Morris Island, Bowens Island Restaurant, or Kiawah. The marina is inside of the Mariners Cay community, but you do not need to own a condo to own a boat slip. There is a quarterly assessment that includes water and electric. You can expect special assessments as well. There is parking set aside for the marina. You can stay on your boat 3 days in a row, up to a total of 12 days a month, but liveaboards and houseboats are not allowed. You can rent out your slip. There are bathroom/shower facilities.
