I'm available anytime to show the apartment and if you like the unit after seeing it, we will go to the leasing office together and the Danbury Complex staff will handle the application process and take it from there. Again, once you are approved and sign the one year lease, I will pay you the $750.00 cash. I can meet you at the leasing office the day you sign the lease and pay you the cash at that time.
