The second studio counts with a wonderful spacious deck with incredible mountain and ocean views. The studio's are 7 minutes from the town and several beaches. We also provide safe parking inside the premises with controled remote gate. The owner covers the cost of water and electricity. Safe parking is available inside the premises, with keyboxes located outside the porch. The gate is accessible via a remote control. The property is fully furnished and ready for immediate move-in. Full bed, A/C, full kitchen and Tv. This space is designed for 1-2 people 18+ only. No pets are allowed. Hot water is provided. Smoking is prohibited inside the property; please use the balcony.
