Built in 2018 with addition in 2021 this cute cottage is the perfect retreat. From it's wooded setting with outside deck and firepit..to the sunny pine interior....you feel welcomed. The cottage was used by the owners until it was rented in 2022. Nearby to hiking trails of Acadia, Echo Lake for swimming and Southwest Harbor for all its stores and shops The cottage is currently seasonal as the water systems are exterior. There is both electric heat and a rinnai heater for the spring/fall seasons or those foggy Maine mornings. Just bring what you need as comes fully furnished (even a washer and dryer) and let the cottage be your retreat to relax and enjoy all the area has to offer or continue to use as a weekly rental when you can't be here to enjoy.
