We are looking to sublet a: * 1 bedroom, pet friendly (2 pet maximum, breed restrictions), apartment. *Quiet and friendly community. *Walking distance to CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Cumberland Farms, and Geisslers Supermarket. *Easy access to Routes 75 and 57 and close to Interstate 91. *Apartment includes hot water, trash and snow removal, and one assigned parking spot with plenty of additional spaces available. *Electricity is separate. Heat is electric. Looking to sublet apartment ASAP, lease runs until 11/30/15. We have enjoyed staying here, we have been here for 2+ years, and are only leaving to be closer to family in another state. **Depending on situation may be willing to negotiate length of stay and price if needed.** The property company is requiring an application to be completed.
