Typically, houses need to be viewed prior to applying to make sure you like the property, as application fees are non-refundable. We only hold houses for 10 days after the approval process and the deposit is paid.Houses can be viewed Monday ? Friday from 9am-3pm, with a $20.00 refundable key deposit with a picture ID. All keys have to be returned in the day that they are checked out before we close at 5 p.m. to receive your key deposit back.The office address is 12284 Warwick Boulevard, Suite 1-C in Newport News. We are located in the Huffman Building.Please call before you come in order to make sure someone else has not checked out the keys.
