Roommate wanted to share a 2 bedroom apartment on Allen Street in Burlington. The apartment is on the first floor, has a full bath and washer and dryer. Total Rent is $1,900 plus utilities this will be split between both tenants. A $950 deposit will be required. This is a 4 month lease. The lease ends on June 30th. There may be an option to renew if the 4 month term goes well. Landlord pays for trash removal and cold water. Tenants pay for the heat, hot water (natural gas), electricity and phone and/or Internet. There is no off-street parking available.
